4 Pretty Girls

Kori Richardson for Chloé

A full on brown eye with bushy eyelashes, Charlotte Tilbury used Mac Cream color base in dark brown and brown eye pencil to add definition to the eyes. Mascara is definitely a must have this season with most of the runway models’ eyelashes were clogged with it. Use on both upper and lower lashes and create a spidery effect to your lashes. As for the lips the makeup artist used an orange/ caramel color, for this she used Mac lipstick in Freckletone. Typing about freckles these were drawn on the model’s face. “We’re just putting them were the sun would hit you” Tilbury said.

Here you can see the freckles more clearly

This color is very neutral and goes with everything; it’s a kind Smokey Eye effect without black. I love girls who wear huge bushy eyebrows rather than the usual thin line. The main aspect of this look is the eyes with a strong effect. As for the lips there were kept natural with a light color and this could be worn during the day. I love coloring my lips and will surely paint some of this pretty color on mine!

Magdalena Frackowiak and Ninue Smit for Lanvin

“it’s all about the imperfection here” Pat McGrath said. She used black eyeliner on the outer corners of the eye model’s lids using Cover Girl’s Smoky Shadow Blast Eye shadow in Onyx Smoke. The most important factor in this look is the eye lashes. She used Lash Blast Fusion mascara for a “cloggy” effect.
This look suits all and is very easy to do once you get the hang of your eye shape and defining it with eyeliner. The only worry is drawing both eyes symmetrically; this requires a lot of practice.

Yves Saint Laurent – Ruby Jean Wilson

This ultraviolet lip unfortunately was scrapped and instead the models went down the runway wearing a pale nude lip instead. But I still wanted to use this model because she is the edgy and unique one of them all. I love statement lips and this purple color is one of my favorite. If you want to make a statement with your makeup you can just wear a bright lip color. Keeping the complexion and eye area light and natural with just a dab of mascara and you’re done.
